Legal security
In connection with electronic examinations, the aspect of legal security is a frequent subject of debate. At present, no clear jurisdiction exists, but it has been shown that legal security can be plausibly established if the following parameters are mapped in standardized and organized form:
- Identity check
- Possibility of formative testing
- Quality of the questions
- Redundancy
- Documentation of the student input
- Compatibility of the teaching material
- • Process management of the exam inspection/data modification
